IMPORTANT STUFF -- READ THIS!!!
As always, attendance is limited to . (Yes, we know the blinking is annoying, but we like the way it gets your attention.) You snooze, you lose, and sadly, a number of people snoozed last year. When appropriate, we'll be updating a
Campers 2001 page so you can see how much room is left.
This is our first "OFFICIAL" 4-day Necon, so the convention will run from Thursday through Sunday, with programming beginning on Friday afternoon. The Necon Olympics will return, and for all those people who asked, we will also have an Official NECON 21 T-Shirt. As of 10/23/00, the below prices are finally official, so you can rest easy (we know you were nervous). Rates are for the full weekend, but those who cannot make it Thursday will get a rebate to be determined.
Wow, are we into technology or what? You can actually print out this
form (remember to tell your browser to "print text in black"),
fill it out, and mail it to us to register! We know our net
savvy astounds you (after all, we've put color into our
tables!), but please, don't faint. We wouldn't want
to be responsible.
Single (Thursday arrival) - $260
Double (Thursday arrival) - $250
Walk-ins -- $35 per day / $50 per weekend.
Sorry, meals are not included with walk-in memberships.

No huge hotel bill!
No bloated Visa bill! Meals start Thursday night with a weenie roast, and we'll
even give you fancy donuts on Friday morning, with coffee.
Friday lunch is included, and the first of the fabulous Necon dinners in the cafeteria
begins Friday evening. Join us on Thursday and you'll also get ghost
stories 'n' stuff by the campfire (okay, so it's a BBQ grill, but what do you want?) with those weenies and whatever other kind of food we can dig up (hee hee). Sometimes we dream up
some kind of get-together or tour for Friday morning.
REMEMBER -- Prices INCLUDE room and board!
JULY 1ST, 2001
But see that date up there? Just like last year, that's
IT, the drop-dead date, the be-all, end-all of all of it. There
will be absolutely,
posilutely, absitively, and positively NO LAST MINUTE
REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED ANYMORE. If we could make these
words come out of the screen and smack you, we sure would. You might also note that we SOLD OUT before that day in 2000. Don't try to register late,
cuz it ain't gonna happen. As of last year, we were through being softies and
taking the last minute registrations that made our con "staff" (a/k/a Mary) miserable
for years. Now we offer you tough love. Move it or lose it... and
no one wants to miss Camp Necon!
If you're joining us for the first time, here's how to get there.

Whether you're attending or not, if you'd like to donate something--
publishers' proofs, signed prints, or signed books are always a big
plus-- for the yearly Necon auction (a little event that helps keep
us out of the red and which we just know is going to become a
legend all its own), please feel free to send them to that same
registration address up there. Donations are always appreciated,
as are the people who make them!
